Dr. Valerie Frerichs is Associate Director for the General Chemistry Laboratory program. She is responsible for the following:

• General Chemistry daily operation and course coordination
• Laboratory curriculum development and implementation. (Students interested in such projects should contact Dr. Frerichs for a list of project-specific opportunities.)
• Force Registration
• Department Scheduler
• Teaching laboratory development: instrumentation and facilities
• Undergraduate Committee Member
• Undergraduate Awards Committee Member
