Mrs. Patricia Cray handles general departmental questions from students, word processing for faculty, conference room reservations (NSC 306, 364, 684 and 831), FEDEX or UPS (document) shipments, paycheck distribution, departmental e-mail listservs, maintaining up-to-date alumni contact information, all alumni mailings, and visitor schedules and hotel reservations for the Organic Seminar Series.
